Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes. VirginFem Perfumes reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders based on operational feasibility.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be cancelled or returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VirginFem Perfumes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately with photographs of the package.

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to natural disasters, weather conditions, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
